It’s farewell for Mo Salah as he leaves Liverpool for Real Madrid, with Heung-Min Son signing for Atletico Madrid and plenty of other big names in the Premier League leaving for various European clubs.

There will be some monumental transfers and even more big-named players leaving the Premier League this summer including Bernardo Silva, Alexander Isak and Jarrad Branthwaite, according to AI.

Although there are plenty of world class players set to come to the Premier League, there are quite a few current stars set to leave England this summer. One of the highest profile names in the Premier League as of today, Mo Salah, is one of those players who’s time in England is coming to an end, according to AI.

After seven years at Anfield in which he scored 155 goals in 250 appearances for Liverpool, Salah is moving on for a new challenge at Real Madrid. Although the Egyptian still has one year left on his current Liverpool contract, the Reds couldn’t meet his wage demands and thus the 32-year-old is heading to the Bernabeu in a fee reportedly worth €130 million.

Salah has expressed his desire to remain at Anfield for another few years, but Real Madrid’s offer for the superstar forward was too lucrative to turn down for Liverpool. Salah’s departure to the Galacticos marks the end of a sensational seven years at Liverpool.

Tottenham Hotspur have already been fairly active in the current transfer window, with the additions of young English star Archie Gray from Leeds just one of their signings this summer.

On the flip side, Spurs are also set to lose a few key players, most notably South Korean ace Heung-Min Son. Although Son was rumoured to have been extending his current contract in north London, Atletico Madrid are set to come in at the last minute and snatch Son from Ange Postecoglou’s grasp with a €60 million bid to secure Son’s services.

The 31-year-old forward is set to team up with Diego Simione and his Atletico Madrid side, looking to strengthen their chances of competing for the La Liga title as well as becoming more of a threat in the Champions League. This AI predicted transfer is set to be a huge blow for Spurs just before the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.

AI has previously predicted that Manchester City will secure the services of Crystal Palace ace Michael Olise, leaving the door ajar for one of City’s star forwards to leave the club. With that in mind, AI is predicted that Bernardo Silva will be the man to ditch Pep Guardiola and move on.

Barcelona is set to be the destination for Silva, leaving the Etihad for a fee reportedly worth €70 million. The Portuguese winger has been an integral part in City’s dominance in the Premier League in recent seasons, as well as being hugely influential in City’s Champions League triumph in 2023.

At 29-years-old, Silva is at the peak of his powers right now, making this a monumental loss for the Cityzens. Although this is bad news for City, it’s good news for the rest of the Premier League as the tantalising attack of Guardiola’s side is certainly weakened with the loss of the six-time Premier League winning star.

Elsewhere in the Premier League summer transfer window, even more big names are set to leave England for various destinations around Europe. One of those players is Newcastle ace Alexander Isak, who is set to sign for French giants PSG in a fee reportedly worth €100 million.

Another player set to up sticks and head for Europe is Everton’s star centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite. The future England star may have been left out of Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2024 squad, but has been a name wanted by various clubs all over Europe. The 22-year-old is set to sign for Real Madrid for a fee worth €56.5 million, with the Galacticos seeing Branthwaite as the perfect replacement for former club captain Nacho.

There has been speculation that Harry Maguire might leave Manchester United for some time now, with AI predicting this summer is finally the time the England international will wave goodbye to Old Trafford for good. West Ham United are the side set to secure Maguire’s services, paying £25 million for the 31-year-old – £55 million less than what the Red Devils paid for Maguire back in 2019.
