Statistics show that between September 2021 and September 2022, almost 24 million Switch consoles have been shipped worldwide, pushing its lifetime sales to 114.3 million.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PS2 Still Tops with 158M in Lifetime Sales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sony has dominated the gaming landscape for the past two and a half decades, with three PlayStation consoles ranked in the top five.<\/p>\n<p>According to the company`s official figures, Sony has sold more than 158 million PS2 units since its launch, making it the most successful video game console of all time. Following its arrival in 2000, the PlayStation 2 was an instant hit and remained popular for a long time.
